Healthy Grains – Featuring Kamut

Restoring nutrient-rich grains, healthy soil, and traditional food wisdom.

This group explores the role of traditional and ancient grains—especially Kamut—in building healthier people and more sustainable food systems.

Members share knowledge about whole grains, soil health, nutrition, milling, fermentation, and preparation methods that support personal wellness and resilient communities.

The group brings together:

  • Farmers and grain producers
    • Bakers and chefs
    • Nutrition advocates and food educators
    • People interested in traditional food preparation
    • Community members who want to rediscover nutrient-rich grains

Through discussion, demonstrations, tastings, and workshops, the group helps restore awareness of healthy grain traditions and their role in human health and sustainable agriculture.
