The Local Artists & Creative Makers group connects artists who are actively practicing their craft and interested in sharing ideas, techniques, and inspiration with others who value creativity and artistic growth. Members can exchange insights about materials, methods, exhibitions, and the evolving role of art within the community.

Through collaboration and conversation, the group provides opportunities to explore new ideas, refine artistic skills, and connect with others who are committed to creating meaningful work. Artists may also discover opportunities to participate in exhibitions, demonstrations, creative workshops, and community-oriented art events.

Group Administrator – Position Open

We welcome a Salt Lake City–area leader who is passionate about supporting artists and helping foster a thriving creative community.

The Group Administrator helps coordinate discussions, connect artists working in different mediums, and encourage collaboration among members who are actively creating and sharing their work.

The administrator may also collaborate with Athena VII to organize exhibitions, artist talks, demonstrations, workshops, and community events that highlight the work of local artists and encourage meaningful engagement with the arts.

This role is ideal for someone active in the visual arts community who enjoys bringing creative people together and helping shape opportunities for artistic growth.
